Three things to try right now
1. Press F9 when you have a PDF open to make it read the text to you. (Highlight a paragraph first if you only want it to read that part).
2. Press Alt+V to open the sidebar, then add your main school folder in Settings.
3. Press Ctrl+Q anytime to instantly search through your files without clicking through five different folders.
